The Oakland LGBTQ Community Center is a California nonprofit public benefit corporation established in 2017, and was granted tax exempt status under Internal Revenue Code section 501(c)(3) in February of 2018.
Our Federal EIN is 82-2258008 and
our California corporation
number is C4039529.
The Center is supported primarily through individual and corporate donor
contributions, government contracts, foundation grants and program services.

The Oakland LGBTQ Community Center was incorporated in June of 2017.
The board of directors was formed in August of 2017 and the Center
held its grand opening on September 7, 2017 and began operating on that date.
