All transgender patients are provided private, affordable care according to their needs, no matter what status they hold. With 1-on-1 counseling, testing, and education, Transvision is offering peace of mind to those who need help. 1:15-1:30pm Mind Body Connection | Emmet LoganGentle breathing, joint mobility, and stretching techniques as a means of inhabiting our bodies and practicing self care. No special clothing required, can be performed sitting and/or standing, according to what feels comfortable for each individual. Together we go through a series of movements that can be practiced as a daily routine for increased connection with our body and more fluid movement as we go through our day. 1:30pm-1:45pm Radically Fit | Lindsey PageIntroducing the Bay Area's body positive community gym for all queer, trans, POC, fat identified folks and their allies, regardless of experience or ability.
