

The Center offers the following supportive housing services:
HOPWA - HOPWA is a federally funded program administered by the City of Oakland Human Services Department. This program provides emergency short-term rental, mortgage, and utilities subsidies for low-income individuals living with HIV. This Federally funded program requires applicants provide proof of HIV status and income to qualify. APPLY HERE!

The Center's TYC- Bloom Foster Youth Program, offers rental assistance and other services to foster youth enrolled in our program. In addition to rental assistance, the Bloom Foster Youth program offers paid internship opportunities, free clipper cards, access to our free food pantry, free laundry services and more. THF- The Transgender Housing Fund is funded through donor and county funds to provide low-income transgender, non-binary, and "gender expansive" individuals with emergency housing assistance and utility subsidies.
