The Center is a lifeline for LGBTQ+ communities across the Bay Area, reaching over 15,000 people annually with critical, life-saving health and wellness services and events celebrating our community's incredible diversity, like the annual Oakland Pride Parade & Festival. Since January of 2025, however, we have had multiple federal grants cancelled, lost the support of major corporations and experienced a significant reduction in giving across the board.
