The Oakland LGBTQ Community Center and the Alameda County Public Defender’s Office are hosting a virtual Clean Slate Clinic for people with Alameda County conviction records.

During the virtual clinic, we will be providing general information about Clean Slate remedies (e.g. dismissals of eligible convictions, reduction/reclassification of eligible convictions, early termination of probation) and conducting intakes to determine eligibility for the Alameda County Public Defender’s Clean Slate Program.
