HOPWA - HOPWA is a federally funded program administered by the City of Oakland Human Services Department. This program provides emergency short-term rental, mortgage, and utilities subsidies for low-income individuals living with HIV. This Federally funded program requires applicants provide proof of HIV status and income to qualify. APPLY HERE!

THF- The Transgender Housing Fund is funded through donor and county funds to provide low-income transgender, non-binary, and "gender expansive" individuals with emergency housing assistance and utility subsidies.
