Partnering with FreeWill
The Oakland LGBTQ Community Center is partnering with FreeWill to make is easier than ever to create a living trust or will and make the Center part of your legacy. Please click here to create your legal will or trust for free online, or simply let us know about an existing gift you intend to leave the Center. With the support of the National LGBTQ Legacy Giving Initiative, the Center will receive a matching grant for every person who shares their intent to leave us a legacy gift. Please let us know about your gift by filling out a brief form! Thank you for leaving behind the gift of health and wellness for future generations of queer and trans people.
Lakeshore Lavender Lounge
We look forward to welcoming our diverse LGBTQ+ community and allies into a new 3rd place in Oakland. We are working to create a unique, alcohol-free, cafe-styled social environment, that will also house our book lending library in Oakland's vibrant Lakeshore LGBTQ Cultural District. We need your help to make this new LGBTQ space a reality.
